How do I order? TOP

Ordering is simple! If you need your bows fast, please choose from our selection of Ready To Ship bows. These bows are ready to go and will be shipped the next business day.

If you have some time to wait for your bows you can place an order for custom made bows. These bows are subject to a wait time. I work as quickly as I can to get custom orders out, but each item is handmade, and I can not sacrifice the quality of my work to get orders out faster. Please understand this before ordering, and as always, I appreciate your patience and understanding!

How do I order a custom bow? TOP

If you would like to order a custom boutique bow you can either list the colors you would like for each part of the bow in the memo box or if you would like a custom bow to match an outfit please include either the line name for Gap/Gymboree or link me to a picture of the outfit. If you cant find a picture of the outfit online you can take one yourself and upload it to www.tinypic.com and include the direct link in the memo box. When taking your pictures please make sure there is good lighting, natural lighting is best, so I can get the best idea of the colors.

There are many solid color and print options. I don't have my prints on the Color Charts page, but I do have polka dot choices on that page. If you would like some print choices please email me. Any of the bows on my site can be ordered in solid colors, polka dots, and prints.

What kind of clips are your bows on? TOP

By default all of my bows are on partially lined, single prong alligator clips. If you are in need of a bow on a double prong alligator clip or a french barrette please just add that in a note at checkout or in the "color" options memo box. Either place is fine, Ill be sure to see it!

What is your turnaround? TOP

My turnaround time can vary based on the amount of orders I have at a time. I will always keep the homepage updated with my current turnaround, and I will also keep Facebook updated. So please "like" my page! I will also use the page to give updates on orders.

What are your business days? TOP

My business days are Monday-Friday. Those are the days that I work on bows, but I try to respond to emails and Facebooks posts every day of the week. So please contact me whenever is convient for you and I will get back ASAP!

What if I dont see what I need pictured on the site? TOP

Please email me! I am always up to create your perfect bow! When emailing me please include a description of your ideal bow, any pictures that would help me understand your vision, and any outfits that you would like bows to match. I will do my best to create exactly what you are looking for!

Can I combine shipping on orders? TOP

Yes! You can combine shipping on any of your current orders. Please be aware that your entire order will be bumped down to the most recent orders turnaround. Please email me before placing a combined shipping order!

What if I need my order faster than the turnaround? TOP

If you need your custom order faster than the turnaround then you do have an option to "rush" your order. The fee for rushing your order is $15 for orders under $50 and $20 for orders over $50. This bumps your order up to priority shipping and it also bumps your order to the beginning of the line.

What if my order contains ready to ship bows and custom bows? TOP

If your order contains both RTS and custom bows your RTS bows will be sent with your custom order, which means they will be subject to the same turnaround. If you would like them shipped seperately please place two seperate orders. You will need to pay shipping on each order.

How are orders shipped? TOP

Orders are almost always shipped through the US Postal Service. Most orders are shipped First Class Mail, but orders over 13oz are shipped via Priority Mail.

Do you ship international? TOP

Shipping for the USA and Canada is a flat rate of $3.00. If you live outside of the USA or Canada, please contact me for shipping rates before placing your order!
